2. Purpose

MyMonkeyGuide is an intermediation platform that provides information and helps you book tourism activities and experiences in the Canary Islands. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract for the activity is between you and the operator or provider of the experience (for example via booking systems such as FareHarbor or other affiliate links). MyMonkeyGuide is not the physical operator of those activities.

3. Terms of use

Accessing and using the Site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the general conditions published on the Site. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to harm the Site or third-party rights.

MyMonkeyGuide’s own content (brand, design, editorial texts, Site software) is protected by applicable law. Reproduction or exploitation without authorisation is prohibited, except for uses allowed by law.

Photos, descriptions and other activity materials may come from operators or distribution networks (for example the FareHarbor Distribution Network) and are used to promote and facilitate booking of those experiences. That material belongs to the relevant provider, not to MyMonkeyGuide, and does not mean MyMonkeyGuide is the operator of the activity.

Performance of the activity and the terms of each booking are the operator’s responsibility. The Site may contain links to third-party sites; MyMonkeyGuide does not control their content or policies.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law, without prejudice to consumers’ rights based on their place of residence.
